Be worn there is no parking available. You have to park a walk away for your car otherwise if you park on the street, you have to get up and move it by 8 AM.

Does what it says on the tin. A clean, relatively new dorm room, handy to the university area. Desk staffed by friendly and helpful students. Perfect if you're on campus for a conference or whatever.

Clean and quiet rooms with adjoining bathrooms. All amenities were working.
Needs a little maintenance on walls.
