Clean and comfortable

Perfect place to crash for 2 nights in town for meetings and live music. Great location, super easy getting in / out and helpful staff. There was a good bit of noise coming off the street on the Thursday morning that I stayed from trucks loading/unloading so something to be aware of but otherwise it was a great crashpad and the internet was solid, clean too!

The location was great for me, walkable to Willis Tour, and if you're big on walking like I am, walkable to Michigan Ave., the lake, the museums, as well as the West Loop area which has great restaurants. Right next to Lou Mitchell's which is a must - I had an amazing breakfast there. Several coffee shops within a block or two. Near the train. I had an excellent time staying here and exploring Chicago. Communication was good too. My only complaints - the WiFi didn't work in my unit for several days and it was a bit noisy at night. Starting right about 10:00 pm, the people in units nearby could be heard talking and playing music loudly. Not the end of the world, just be sure to have ear plugs handy in case you have noisy neighbors. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean, except floor was very sticky. Also walls were this as I could hear neighbors throughout the day.

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained from the moment I arrived. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was spacious, quiet, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a comfortable place to stay!

Unfortunately, too much went wrong to recommend this hotel. We booked a room with a queen bed and city view, but the bed was much smaller than a queen and the “view” was a dirty parking lot and a construction site. After we complained, staff apologized and said they’d move us the next morning. Instead, they later said they were fully booked and offered a $100 refund. On checkout day, we were told we could store our luggage in the lockers and access them for up to 12 hours after our 11 a.m. checkout. When we returned two hours later, our building code no longer worked and we were locked out until a staff member let us in. Staff then told us guests normally aren’t allowed back inside after checkout, which completely contradicted what customer service had told us. The location is convenient and easy to get around from, but the poor communication, misleading room description, and lack of coordination made this stay not worth it.

The location was perfect! The only things I didn’t like were the add on fees after booking & the parking situation.

Notice: Downtown in a nice area. but uman Uber ride to Miracle Mile. Staff is great and friendly. Gave me an after checkout code to pickup stored luggage. Great breakfast Lu bf spot next door Stu Mitchell’s great olace
