Very nice, the room was clean and comfortable. Customer service was excellent. In well located area and it was very enjoyable.

COCKROACH crawling over hotel phone. Floor in room was dirty. Hallway floor dirty. Curtains had stains and cobwebs on them. Shelf in shower was broken. One elevator was broken so had to wait forever for other. Pool had tiles just popping off. Not sure how this place has so many stars.

超赞 The rooms where clean, the restaurant has really good food plus they open early in the morning and close late at night. The front desk persons were nice and friendly. I will definitely be back.
