The room was OK. But you could tell that it definitely needed a deep clean. There was dust on the baseboards and behind the bed when we try to plug in our electronics. The bathroom looked like it could’ve used a deeper cleaning. The tissue box was definitely already used and it didn’t look very appealing. The TV was also left down in our room so of course we were a little afraid to even enter.

Staff was amazing located in a quiet area there were a few small things like the bathroom and sliding doors were hard to open and close but nothing major would definitely stay again if we come back down

Not very clean, and if you are expecting the normal expectation of service goals, it is not at this place. This is a very low class when you don’t have enough money this is where you stay at.

The rooms were HORRIBLE!! The futon had dirty ass sheets with crumbs & stains!

The hotel staff had an issue with accepting the Expedia.com booking, and tried to evict me from my room at 2:00 a.m. in the morning with my children in the room because their system failed to log. The reservation that I had already paid in full for. The employee was incredibly unprofessional and hostile and threatened to kick me out until I was able to convince them using. Luckily my receipt from expedia.com to ultimately find my reservation. Had I not taken extra steps and spent 30 minutes at 2:00 a.m. with my children in the hotel room at the front desk to resolve the issue, I would have been forcefully evicted from a hotel room that I paid in full for. I will never return to this place of business and will work to file complaints wherever possible.
