We stayed for 4 nights and loved this hotel. The gym/pool area was lovely, clean and well equipped. Buffet breakfast was great and we tried the special Japanese Bento box experience which was very impressive. View from the bar was incredible. Location very easy to explore. Rooms were large, well equipped and privacy screens were great for people sharing. Staff all so helpful, kind and professional.

The room was physically spot clean however it wasn’t spiritually clean I was not able to sleep well for the 5 nights I’ve slept there. The sensors keep turning on the lights and toilet cover, I thought it was a technical issue but it turns out there were a few “things” roaming around. I mean believe me or not it’s very individual however I will not be staying here again It was also a hassle for me to take the lift up to level 36 then to my hotel room floor at 35 What is good? The amnesties nearby. Walkable restaurants streets which served very good food Pharmacy store which we bought a lot of things from and a good enough cafe to have coffee and bread

This hotel was exceptional. Truly what you would expect for Forbes and Michelin 5 star rating. The rooms were very large for Japan standards. Wonderful deep soaking tub and exquisite views. The bed was extremely comfortable. One of the best things about this hotel is the hotel bar. I’ve never seen such spectacular skyline views. They even stamp the foam of your beer with the hotel logo. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples but not for families because the shower and tub is visible from the bedroom.

The hotel is elegant, well designed, and very refined, with excellent service and beautiful views. However, the experience felt more understated than expected, and the value depends heavily on taking full advantage of the lounge, wellness facilities, and on property dining. Compared to stays with more immediate impact, this hotel rewards a slower pace and intentional use of its amenities. Overall, it is a high quality luxury property, but the experience can feel muted if you do not fully engage with what it offers.

Absolutely lovely hotel. Swanky and very upscale. Great location. Amazing amenities. Impeccable service. Excellent dining options.
