An excellent stay both before our holiday and after. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were extremely helpful. Their systems for check in were down when we arrived so we were offered complimentary drinks in the bar while they rectified the problem. We used their concierge service and were picked up and dropped off at the terminal smoothly.

超赞 Lovely place to stay .. not long open I believe.. Everything is tiptop .. Sumptuous beds, well sized bedrooms and decor well thought through .. The staff were friendly and very helpful .. The valet parking was especially quick and the staff were fast in responding to a small problem I had with my car.. I stayed two nights on business but only ate once night there in the bar area .. I had a lighter meal which was delicious.. I most certainly will return when I am next near the Airport ..

超赞 What a wonderful hotel , we had an amazing experience , we booked a garden king which was gorgeous and so nice to have the terrace and comfy outdoor furniture . Food was good at the grille , but what made it was the staff , they were all absolutely top notch !! Definitely recommend the Dakota Manchester Airport

超赞 Dakota hotels just get it right. I work away a lot and spend many nights in hotels. Dakota would always be my first choice. The branding is strong and you know where you are from the minute you walk through the door. The service is the same high level at each of the hotels. Keep doing what you're doing!
