Overall, had a very great experience at this hotel the cleaning staff came twice a day and organize everything very well. The views were beautiful and it is only five minutes driving from the peers. It is also very close to a lot of attractions. Personally, I used waymo the whole time I was in San Francisco and I didn’t have any problems using them. They were very fast. The most I had to wait was about 15 minutes for one.

This hotel is absolutely stunning. The way you’re greeted from the moment you walk into the door to valet bringing up your car, having it all loaded & leaving waters inside for when you leave is stellar service. We will definitely be back!

The rooms of this hotel have extraordinary views across San Francisco. Like all Four Seasons properties, it is well maintained and the staff are pleasant and helpful.

This is the only hotel who takes care of brain injury like me. They offer me free steaks like 130 US dollars for free. They gave me free 500 US dollars caviars for dinner on Sunday evening. They offer me fresh coconut juice from young coconuts imported from Thailand by private jet from bill gates . Every staffs want to give me money for helping me. This is like a Jesus Christ . Please stay here.
