Our stay at My Maison in Paris – Sentier was overall just okay, and unfortunately it did not meet our expectations for the price. Check-in was frustrating. We had to wait about four hours before our room was ready, and it wasn’t cleaned until about an hour before the 4:00 p.m. check-in time. Even then, the room did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly. During our stay, construction was taking place on the same floor, and the strong chemical odors were unpleasant. The property is also located next to a small park where people frequently gathered outside to smoke and drink late into the evening. One night, we were awakened around midnight by a woman yelling during an argument. Transportation was another inconvenience. We had difficulty getting Uber drivers to find or recognize the property’s address, which made getting around more challenging than expected. The highlight of our stay was the Filipino gentleman who kindly helped us with our luggage after we contacted the property through WhatsApp. He was courteous, professional, and provided excellent customer service. Overall, while there were a few positives, we felt the accommodations were overpriced for the area and the experience provided. We expected a much better stay given

Good location near restaurants and bakeries. Safe neighborhood and easy to use door code. We got the loft on the fourth floor so just keep in mind you’ll have to carry all your luggage up the stairs. We loved the loft style though with pull out couch. Host was easy to message when needed. Also has a washer/dryer so that was convenient for my family. Definitely recommended!

Very clean on arrival. Well equipped if you want to self cater, hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine. Location good, metro and buses within 250 metres, 20 minutes walk to Louvre. Restaurants close by.We found Bistrot Dubillot good food, reasonable prices for two courses and bottle of house wine for two people. We had studio with terrace, useful for morning coffee etc.

The place itself was good, but it would really help if there was a reception desk. We needed to print something, and it took a day to get the staff to get us some paper and at the end, the printer did not even work. There's a bit too much furniture there, as when the sofa is set up as a bad there's hardly any space to walk. Other than that, it was clean, pleasant and comfortable.

Great location. Air conditioning was great. Free coffee pods. The check in needed a few more details or photos for the key pads and the info binder was outdated info. Overall great place!

Great location. Close to public transport. Area safe with lots if dining option. Apartment clean and was very well maintained.

Room was well air conditioned, very clean, good size. Check-in process was a painful experience though. We were sent a code to use to check-in. When we arrived there were 2 door pads but no instructions on which door pad to use. We tried both with multiple attempts but neither worked. We eventually called them as there is no front door concierge and they told us to use the code that was sent to us. We tried again multiple times (with the lady on the phone) but it still did not work. She eventually had to manually open the door for us. The code worked for the door directly to the apartment though. It was a disappointing experience and we feel lucky that it happened during the day time instead of middle of the night.

Prompt response on my messages. Nice and Clean apartment, Good aircon conditioning. Our apartment is on the fourth floor and a little hard for my mum to climb but the Location is near the shops, restaurants, and landmarks. Enjoyed our stay at My Maison Sentier!

Excellent place to stay. High end finish and very stylish.
