Likes the water filling station. Although people leave glassware there and it wasn’t dealt with quickly. Sauna and gym were excellent with a good supply of towels

Hotel was OK. Room was a little tired and could do with a refresh. Very noisy outside of the hotel and lots of rubbish on the streets.

I stayed one night at the indigo hotel. Hotel was conveniently located next to the train station and walking distance to everything else. Hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. Room was a bit small but had everything we needed for a comfortable stay

It was really well located! Right next to the station and super easy direct to a lot of the landmarks.

Can't fault the hotel itself. Room was clean and comfortable although the mattress toppers do slide off the beds. Central location. 20 mins walk to the square. Stayed for 2 nights and paid in advance. Despite that the hotel decided to take another payment off my card which I had not authorised. Spoke to multiple staff who admitted that error and told me I would have my money back within an hour. A week later and after multiple emails, the general manager finally responded and helped me resolve. Great hotel. Shame about the appalling customer service.

Clean and affordable

Food selection young girl checked in and she is given dinky room with no AC working

Rooms are small. Mine was cramped. Not a lot of space to move.
