Booked a stay for a long layover. Complimentary shuttle to and from airport was a great service. The hotel was surrounded by gates and a security guard. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was perfect for a couple hours of rest. Shower worked great, although the water toggled between hot and cold for part of the shower. We felt safe and well cared for.

A great experience and a wonderful hotel. We had booked the wrong day but Joseph took very good care of us and got wit fixed quickly. The breakfast was delicious and fresh squeezed juices to please your taste. Thanks you for a great nights rest.

We had a short stopover In Nairobi and the Crowne Plaza was perfect with 24hr restaurant which was much appreciated due to our late check in and a fabulous rooftop pool bar where we received a fantastic welcome and were expertly looked after by Blessing.
