Loud construction, no hot water (we had to call them 5 mins before we needed it). Staff literally stand over you and ask you to fill out 5* reviews. Won't be back.

The worst hotel i have ever been in to in saudi arabia the beds are totally un comfortable, AC doesn’t work, the electricity stopped at night in one of the rooms and they don’t have service to deliver to rooms

一般 I was very disappointed as I spend a fortune of 10 days, housekeeping was never done on time. There was no shower gel, I requested on multiple occasions, broken towel rail, broken shower gel bottle handles, you would have to repeat a single request multiple times. There was an error in my last bill, they added laundry twice for me, there wasn’t any record to collect data, i hd to wait for an hour on reception to resolve the issu on their behalf. I keep requesting as i was running late for flight. Breakfast served was cold
