Pros:
Beautiful hotel with great pool in great location. Well setup for families with kids. Good breakfast although it was the same every day. Staff always friendly and helpful!
Cons:
Terrible pillows and no option to get any others. I had terrible neck pain the entire duration of the holiday. Could not buy pillows anywhere either.. was considering leaving as could not get any sleep! Even my 6 year old complained about it.
Family room balcony (on 4th floor) railing is too low and extremely dangerous. There is chairs on balcony kids climb on. If they do, they will fall off over.
Have to pay for everything- tennis, bikes, etc. Where most hotels offer this as free activities.

Incredible resort! Would highly recommend, I had an amazing experience. The restaurants were delicious, staff so attentive and helpful. So great you don’t even need to leave the resort. Breakfast had fantastic options. Definitely do the all inclusive.

很好 Overall the experience was good. Housekeeping was sometimes not up to the mark, with regular delays in room cleaning. Staff were very helpful and the options of various restaurants were a bonus. Beachfront was amazing.

The paradisus, like the name indicates, satisfied all our expectation for a new 5-star hotel. With all the convenience provided by modern and well thought design of various facilities, it still manages to keep the traditional beauty that people appreciate very much in Bali. Stayed 3 nights here with two boys, only complaint is that the stay was too short. Will definitely come back.

Unbelievable hotel. Staff are the best. Hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed in. Finishing touches are what makes it. Kids clubs with outside cinema for them at night time. Marshmallows around fire pit on the beach and paths at night lit with candles. Definitely be back.
