This is good for Airport and for the SkyTrain. Ratchapraprop is an up and coming area, underrated. Hotel is quite smart and clean. Got a handy cafe bar in the lobby. Lobby will offer bottled water to a limit free of charge with the room. The Ratchapraprop SkyTrain station is a short walk about 2-3 minutes. The main strip is full of restaurants and shops with 7-11 one block away. Take a photo of Bangkok iconic traffic from Ratchapraprop SkyTrain mezzanine level. Also Ratchapraprop is home to the Thai Railways loco and carriage works. There is no longer a station for Thai Rail at Ratchapraprop... It might be informal stops but no platform or station so to speak. Nearest is Phaya Thai station linked by SkyTrain. There is really nice cosy pool outside the hotel building. Well deserved dip in the pool is well recommended in the sunny Thai weather.

Staff was amazing! So many freebies too!

Beds were super comfortable and the location is pretty good. It’s a bit away from all the noise but not too bad. The valet staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The ladies at the front desk could be nicer. They were just cold and didn’t make us feel welcome like the valet team. Good hotel, clean and comfortable and a 7-11 right by there so that was helpful too.

Staff was very attentive to all guest, the place was beautiful and roomy. The only complaint I have is the need of air ventilators in the bathrooms, as signs of moisture were beginning to show.

I like the king size bed. The area is noisy, using ear plugs may help. The doorman was prompt and provides good service. Other than that, nothing special, just like the hotel’s name, ordinary service.

This hotel was phenomenal on every aspect! Our first time in Bangkok was made perfect by the staff. Tee, Hana, and even the room keepers really took the time to make sure that everybody is treated wonderfully and that we would have the best experience. They taught us and showed us all the places to go and always had the most warm and inviting smile! The pool is phenomenal, the hotel is super clean! It’s an urban oasis that felt perfect for the city of Bangkok! I Would only stay here when I come back.

Stayed here for 4 days as part of our tour around Thailand. This hotel offered everything you could ask for and all the staff are very polite, welcoming, and friendly. The hotel is also very conveniently located with the direct train from the airport being a 5 minute walk to the station. Very clean hotel and the free unlimited bottled water was a big bonus. Highly recommend.
