A warm welcome after walking though the local sketchy area. Room as expected. Clean and sparse as it is student accommodation. Use of kitchen but you need your own cutlery. Tesco Metro and a new Spar near. Plenty of places for a kebab if that's your thing. Take it for what it us and all will be well

Good place for short stay. This is a student accommodation and it is close to the campus of several universities in Liverpool. The staff is gentle and proactive, the facility is clean and well maintained. I felt safe and comfortable for the purpose which was related to academic matters. I recommend it.

Ideal location within walking distance of the city centre, and near to supermarkets. My room was en-suite (unusual for student rooms). The person on the reception made me very welcome. Use of a kitchen: fridge, kettle, microwave, etc. was very welcome, as was the tea, coffee, milk provided.

Fräscht boende. Enda anmärkningen var att de hade skruvat upp en grej i badrummet mitt under vår vistelse, utan förvarning eller städ efteråt. Bra område, butik och buss i närheten. Prisvärt!
