泰黄公寓 - 25号胡志明街 (Thai Hoang Residence - 25 Pho Hue)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

I have stayed here on previous occassions. This place is immaculate. One of the best I have stayed in HN. Service, cleanliness, convenience and very well maintained. Highly recommended.

The room was spacious with a small kitchenette and very clean. There was a large LCD TV loaded with the common entertainment apps and a sofa fit for 2. The bathroom is modern with an electrically operated bidet. And important in cold weather, loads of hot water. We seldom saw the house keeping staff as we were usually out in the mornings, Nevertheless the rooms were always clean and tidy on our return. We had restful nights in this clean and quiet room. Our main contact was with Mr Ling. He was there on the first day for our check in and remained in contact on WhatsApp for anything needed. We appreciated his responsive and efficient attention to requests made. Not forgetting all the security uncles we met there they really were very attentive and considerate running to press the lift and helping to carry stuffs. A great place that I would return to in my next trip to Hanoi.
