This is such a great hotel! The staff and Mauricio were all amazing! This was my first time in Costa Rica and Mauricio helped me with booking my airport shuttles, excursions, answer any questions I have from things to do to if there’s laundry available. The staff are all very nice and welcoming. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler and they made sure to ask if I felt safe. I loved the location as it’s very central and easy to get to places or picked up for excursions. I’m so glad I found this hotel and staff! They made my first time in Costa Rica and La Fortuna amazing! They even helped my friend find a shuttle to Monteverde. Mauricio is great if you want to book anything for excursions or shuttles and for a better price! I’m definitely recommending my friends this hotel!

Cleanliness is something you guys can improve upon. The towels were smelly. The sink linked once. You can definitely do better.

Free secure parking, rooms clean. Very basic room. No hair dryer, a coffee maker but no coffee unless you ask and then no filters or milk or sugar. Breakfast was eggs done to order and fruit. Garden...wasn't any just some plants,around the parking lot. Right downtown location, lotss of restuarants in walking distance. The Green Spoon right beside it was very good. Friendly staff, helpful with tours.

This is a basic, budget hotel. The rooms are not the reason you would stay here. What we loved was the location- right in town, easy to walk to tons of great sodas and restaurants. Also, the free access to a thermal spring! The hosts are very friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent. Parking was safe and secure, although a bit tight to fit when the hotel was full. The room itself, however, was lacking. The linens were old and thin. The hot water in the shower was on/off inconsistent.

Staff was extremely helpful and courteous.
