皇家加拉塔酒店 (Royal Galata Hotel)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Quiet hotel with clean rooms, close to subway station, Grand Bazar, and Galata tower. Very friendly front desk staff.

The hotel was a little hard to find as in an uphill and there are a few steps to navigate with luggage It’s pretty self serve but adequate room. Spa downstairs in the basement seemed to lack privacy As a hotel guest I was able house the sauna a bit which was nice. My door key didn’t work and they had to call the Servicd company which was a pain. Very self serve type of place

The room was clean with nice amenities. The staff was very helpful and polite

Great hotel in good location and good service (even gave us a free transit card to borrow).

Great staff, wonderful location!

Very good location. Very friendly staff. Hearty breakfast.

What I didn’t like was it was on a hill. Very hard to walk up and down with knee issues. Other than that it was great. Great staff that were helpful with luggage.

Walking distance to souvenir shopping and restaurants. Transportation system is easy to follow and many people ready to help you out when in doubt.

Very Nice location and experience in surrounding areas

Room service was good. Reception service was mostly unfriendly n unhelpful. Weird room structure as there is no window.
