Check-in Information

01. Self-service check-in/check-out and luggage storage are available.

02. Check-in time: From 3:00 PM on the arrival date.

(If you arrive earlier, you may use the self-service luggage lockers for storage.)

03. Check-out time: Before 11:00 AM on the departure date.

(No complimentary late check-out is provided.)

04. Late Check-out Policy

Late check-out will be charged NT$300 per hour, subject to room availability. The hotel reserves the right to decline late check-out requests.

During special holidays, late check-out will be charged NT$900 per hour, subject to room availability. The hotel reserves the right to decline late check-out requests.

If check-out is delayed beyond 3:00 PM, the full room rate for that day will be charged.

05. All guests must present valid identification during check-in.

(Accepted IDs include: National ID card, National Health Insurance card, driver’s license, or passport.)

06. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property.

If smoking is detected, a fine of up to NT$10,000 may be imposed in accordance with the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act, and a special cleaning fee of NT$3,000 will also be charged.

07. Guests under 18 years old are not permitted to stay alone without legal guardian consent.

A Minor Check-in Consent Form signed by a legal guardian and valid identification are required.

If the consent form cannot be provided, the booking cancellation policy will apply.

08. Pets are not allowed.

If guests bring pets, the hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation, and the deposit will not be refunded.

09. For bookings made through the official Stay Easy Inn website, please refer to the cancellation policy stated in your order and cancel directly through the website. Phone cancellations are not accepted.

10. For bookings made through Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia, Trip.com, or other platforms (not the official hotel website), please contact the respective platform for cancellations or inquiries.

11. Room assignments are subject to availability on the day of check-in. Special room requests cannot be guaranteed.

12. Guest rooms are equipped with wireless broadband internet, VOD channels, a thermos kettle, and toiletries.

13. Extra beds are not available in guest rooms.

14. In response to the government’s environmental protection policy, this property does not provide disposable amenities (such as toothbrushes, razors, shower caps, etc.).

If needed, these items can be purchased from the vending machines inside the hotel.

Extra Person Policy1. Children

Children aged 6 years old and under (inclusive) exceeding the room’s maximum occupancy will not be charged, and no extra bed will be provided.

Children aged 7 years old and above exceeding the room’s maximum occupancy will be charged NT$500 per person per night, and no extra bed will be provided.

An additional charge of TWD 1,000 per person per night applies during special and consecutive holidays.
