Great service and great hotel! A bit out of the way, but overall a very good stay.

Very nice staff clean rooms even supply screwdriver but view is into building

The location was excellent, within walking distance of many shrines and the castle. The bus stop is conveniently located right outside the hotel, and there is a FamilyMart across the street. Breakfast was not included, so we paid extra, but it was worth it. The breakfast was nice, and the dining area was clean. The hotel also offers luggage storage facilities and has a laundry facility, which was very convenient

The Hotel itself was clean and well maintained, and the staff are very friendly, polite and english speaking. The only issue i had was that its 0.6 miles away from Gojo train station which will take about 15 minutes

The breakfast price was reasonable but the food quality could be improved. We stayed in Comfort Inn in Tokyo and their breakfast was much better. In this hotel, they don’t offer fresh fruit but some canned fruits. We stayed 5 nights and the breakfast was almost the same every day. There are supermarkets closed by, I would recommend you to buy fresh fruits and breakfast there.

Recibí la habitación bien mojada de la alfombra. Cuando me retiré, tenia mal olor por lo mojado. No hay indicación de qué número es para llamar a recepción. El personal excelente!!! Recepción excelente!!

Very clean and modern, relatively spacious and well suited to English speakers

Hotel staff was amazing. More washing machines would have been nice. We booked 3 rooms, and all 3 were different sizes, mine being the smallest, but we made do. Everything else in the room was 5/5 Bus stops right outside the hotel was super convenient

Location had quick access to transportation bus 207 bus to Nishiki Poncho and Gion. Family mart across for late snack replenishment. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was excellent and delicious. There were many varieties and the staff was very courteous and helpful. The laundry facilities were very good. I did not have to wait. The hotel was full of people but the room and hallways were very quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel.
