Very clean, good sized room and well equipped. Staff pleasant. We were able to get early access, which was great. Would use again if back in the area.

Nice big room facing back of property so not too noisy.Had cooking facilities with 2 ring hob,microwave,sink and fridge and bakery items arrived in basket outside room.at 730.Ear plugs provided as church bells close by ring from 730 onwards.Bathroom sink was all cracked and could do with replacing and walk in shower could do with being resealed as water leaked all over floor no matter what way turned shower head.

Everything was perfect. Fresh bread in the morning sent to room. Yum.

The room was a good size and very clean. The food available in the mini fridge and the buns and croissants in the morning were lovely. It is on a very busy and loud street, so the offered earplugs were appreciated. The pillows were very flat and not to my liking, so my sleep was not fantastic. Reception was excellent. When we had trouble reaching a taxi to take us to dinner, we were helped immediately even with no one on site. We had a fantastic dinner because of it. Thank you for a great stay.

Excellently organised hotel. Room was spacious and clean, with perfect mini kitchen setup. Breakfast was outstanding with fresh pastries and bread left at the door in the morning, to match the jams, yoghurt, milk and cereal in the room, along with coffee pods for the machine in the room. Parking available for EUR10 per day onsite. 10-15 minute walk to the funicular ir bus to beautiful Citta Alta. Absolutely fantastic stay, highly recommended.

Reception was very helpful and kind. They answered all of our questions. Gave us a late check out with no problem. The breakfast was perfect.

The contactless check in so easy. The area is good with a few restaurants nearby. It took us 20 minutes to walk to the Funicular to take you up to Citta Alta. 2 wee croissants and 2 wee rolls left in a basket outside my door in the morning along with milk, water, butter and cheese left in the fridge is a really nice touch. Kettle and a coffee maker in the room too. There was a bit of a 'drain' smell when we came back into thr room in the evening. And the room is a bit noisy. From outside and from other guests.

Really helpful staff who were on hand to help us when needed. Rooms were spacious and very clean, with all the things you need for a short break. Lovely breakfast provided and good location with shops, cafés and bars around the horel. All in all, a great find and definitely recommend.
