(KOKO HOTEL Yokohama Tsurumi)

Our toilet flooded when we tried to drain the bathtub. Asked to fix it and clean the toilet floor. They fixed the drain but left the toilet floor dirty. We had to clean it ourselves. Otherwise, the staff were very helpful even pulling out traffic information regarding the ekiden to help us get around.

Great cuatomer service, very convenience location, and super clean.

It's a wonderful surprise to be there with my small family. The location is so good and make it easy to go everywhere. The staff are all excellent and extremely professional and helpful. I recommend highly

Good hotel and cheap price

Great location, clean room, good staff, very helpful

Clean and plenty of amenities!!

Very good except a few of the lights did not work, overall would return

Very convenient location. Room was clean. Super nice staff. The bathroom looked a bit old but other than that excellent value for the price.
