Staff was very informative and friendly. Room was extremely clean.

Great cute little place in the heart of Rome

Very friendly and good breakfast

Room was not as represented on Expedia site

Very disappointed in this "hotel" it’s a very sketchy b&b with no proper check in system and very loud, we could hear everything. This was not worth the money we paid for.

Wonderful location in the center of everything! We were able to walk to almost all of the major attractions. There is no reception but I received a response almost immediately when I was having an issue with the shower. The breakfast was delivered on time every morning but not possible before 8am which might impact some early morning plans. Good setup for my family of 4 with 2 separate rooms—queen bed in one and 2 twins in the other.

It is nothing like the pictures at all

It was very difficult getting in and out of the property with little, tiny elevators. The were pass codes getting in 2 doors. I didn't have Whats app so i didn't get all the instructions to get in. There was another customer who helped us or we couldn't have been able to get inside.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We’ve never stayed at a bed and breakfast in Roma. Very pleased with how everything worked out well. The location just a few minutes walk to a lot of sites (Spanish steps, Trivi fountain, the Pantheon and others. The exterior is old but it fits either neighborhood. All the modern conveniences were there. Very comfortable living space.

The check in process was scary. Much more of a Hostel than a hotel. I had no communication about the codes to get it. We had to google the phone number and then call to get the instructions. There were also unexpected city taxes that were collected on cite. The breakfast was convenient. Accommodations were great and so was location.
