You took advantage of me and didn't like to change the days for me I did not come and you stole my money

It was an average property in terms of cleaning, staff support and breakfast. The only plus was the area it was situated in.

Bad, in addition to bad smells, a small and unclean bathroom,room very small

the staff was not bad especially the Kurdish young boy other things was not good

Hi everyone I've never seeing hotel like this it looks like jail room i swear never again nothing like hotel at all

I like the location& I dont like the toilet

Hotel was very dirty and old not updates. The fllor of the room was so bad under the bed was so much garbage. Staff was not helpdud not soeak English and didn't even try. I do not recthis hotel.

Tis is not the first time I ben here at hotel Ozbek , a positive progress l find in most activities such as the breakfast and room’s service’s and the management.l advice to to chose Osbbec hotel.

I’m so annoyed of my stay over this terrible hotel , the cleanness is so bad there is no attention and no controlling over it , our reservation was 3 nights but we asked for refunds the staff didn’t collaborate with us and we left the hotel after the second night. Nothing were up to our expectations. Since the rate were not cheap as compared to surrounding hotels at the same price. I don’t recommend this bad experience at all and it was my first experience with Expedia, the hotel’s pictures were very nice but actually it’s not.
