Excellent hotel in a fantastic location! Shinsegae Department Store and Times Square Mall are just steps away, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The staff were all exceptionally polite, professional, and willing to help. Their outstanding service made my stay comfortable, convenient, and truly enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seoul.

Staff was fantastic. Head chef specially made a dish that wasn't available that morning and specially hand carried it to our table.

The room was clean. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were helpful and kind.

Very clean

Wonderful

The property is very clean and location is excellent with my expectation which is accessible to shopping mall.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff

What a wonderful and nice room stayed one night with full sleep! I hope to stay again in next time.

Good!
