Clean and efficient staff

The property itself was relatively clean and decently close to most tourist attractions. The staff were friendly. However, we had a few issues with the property. 1) The bedsheets were dirty, and when we asked to have them changed, we were told it'd have to be the next day because cleaners were gone for the day. 2) We had no hot water for showers in the morning. 3) We used their laundry services, and when we got our laundry back, we were missing items (a t-shirt, multiple undergarments). When we asked about the missing items, we were told that they didn't know what happened either. I likely would not return to the property on my next visit to Luang Prabang.

Well located family run Hotel. Very friendly family. Fridge in entrance area was open to use if required as was the extremely efficient laundry service. Beds a little on the firm side but that could be down to personal preference. They were happy to take a mix of USD and LAK which was helpful. Great value breakfast and Hotel - would recommend
