During the check in the staff did not informed all information well, as we had to ask about parking, breakfast and wi-fi. The elevator does not work well, the room was dirty and with a lot of dust, in the cover bed had a red mark on it. It was a reservation a 2 persons and the bed was set up for 1 person. During the breaksfast we asked for a coffee, they prepare and scream in the room "ready!" so we need to get up and go to pick up. on the second day they didnt have egg at all and not so many options. Far far away of this hotel to be a 4 star. I'm used to travel around the world and this hotel fits on MAXIMUM 2 stars (being nice).

The property is dated and the bathroom are extremely small

Good value for money, only if you are a big person the showers are small, at least in my room, breakfast is basic

I liked the bar very much. I only disliked the fact I was informed that my hotel fees were paid before I arrived and yet as I left I was told that the money wasn’t paid!

Staff is very slow. Some light switches in the room did not work. A/C was leaking. Shower hose was half broken.

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Free parking meant a lot in a crowded city. Breakfast good but not the best we have had. Booked for one night but stayed a second night.

A full facilities nearby adequate. Beach 25 minutes by car Otigia nightlife and marina 12/15 by car good.

Small parking, Noisy street through the windows, poor breakfast

Everything old, breakfast terrible and poor. Not even orange juice (real)... The walls over the place were destroyed.. Not recomended at all

The parking lot was tiny. It is a great business hotel, but only ok as a tourist hotel
