There is an elevator, air conditioning and it is in a great location in San Marco. Just a two minute walk or less from the Rialto Bridge so very easy to get to even with luggage in hand.

We stayed for 2 nights here: Pros: —Great location —Clean beds and bathroom —Sufficient kitchen amenities — Air conditioning was good Cons: — The check-in process was inconvenient. We had to wait outside the hotel in the heat for the access code and eventually had to call the property to receive it. — The shower area was bit small, making it a bit inconvenient and uncomfortable to use. Overall good hotel experience except for check in process.

The place was clean. The location is perfect to see the things that you want to see at Venice however it is very difficult to find the address. We rode to the city even using Maps and it was very hard to find it. It is in an alley, which is most of it about which felt a little shady, but that’s just cause we’re not used to Alley ways. We’re supposed to have a non smoking room groove, but the room smelled so bad of smoke it made me feel ill.

We had a very good experience during our stay in Venice. The first apartment we stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and had a great view. The only issue was that the bed sheets felt damp, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. What we appreciated most was how quickly and professionally the staff responded to our concern. They immediately moved us to another apartment that was even larger. The new apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, and the beds were completely dry, allowing us to rest and enjoy our stay. We truly appreciated their excellent customer service and willingness to resolve the issue promptly. Their responsiveness made a big difference in our stay, and we would be happy to stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We really enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous apartment. It’s big ( we were 6), the rooms are very spacious, it was super clean, the location is excellent. We loved having our coffee on the cute terrace in the morning. Absolutely wonderful stay. Thank you!

We arrived and place was easy to find and close to everything. Door codes made it super convenient for our family incase someone wanted to come back to the apartment. Prefect location for shopping and exploring. Our room was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 4. The beds were a little stiff but we all were able to get great sleep. The air conditioning worked ok, it comes from the floor so takes a while to cool the place down. We did get there during a bit of a Heat wave so that was also a factor. My biggest complaint was the bathroom. The shower door only covers half of the shower so the floor ended up soaked and with the humidity it was never dry. There was also little bits of mold growing on the ceiling from all the moisture. We were only there for 2 nights otherwise I would have asked for extra towels or something to help dry up the bathroom. All in all it was a good for a short stay.

Room with a balcony and nice setup. Had drinks at the outside lounge area. Breakfast was very good with lots of options.

We really enjoyed the apartment and the balconies over looking the square are PERFECT! extremely easy to get to the water taxi and other great areas. This was perfect for the entire family. The kitchen area was great with lots of glasses and plates. The did need a wine opener :) but have a feeling that will be corrected ASAP. The only hiccup we had is we didn't get the email to pay the tourist taxes in advance. That was 100% my fault for not checking in earlier and I didn't have good wifi the day of. So we had to go to the hotel to check in first - they were great and very accomodating, but highly recommend checking in with all the paper work early so you can skip that step. Would have saved us a lot of time. But overall HIGHY recommend

Close to Rialto. Room is fabulous.Kitchen is clean. Great for family.

Very spacious. Excellent location ,very good description by staff as to location. Easy to get to from water taxi wish there was a slightly later checkout.
