The hospitality was very good in the hotel. The staff was very friendly and very helpful with any enquiries we had. The Hotel arranged my transport from the airport to the Hotel and then from the Hotel to the airport. The room were very clean and the whole property area was very nice location and I would recommend it to everybody to visit. The breakfast was very limited. I was expecting a bit more variety.

Up scale mid priced hotel. Very nice

My son and I stayed one night for our layover so we didn’t have a lot of time. This location was perfect. We could see the pyramids from our room and the staff was amazing. The food was good too. We had everything we needed and our Customer relations rep Rasha made sure we were taking care of. I’ll definitely visit again for a longer stay.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were very attentive, especially, Ms. Rasha! She was very SWEET! The rooftop view is amazing and the breakfast was very good.

Breakfast was great ! Amazing view and the roof top lounge was to die for. Must stay !

An absolute gem. The accommodations. The staff. The rooftop bar/restaurant. The value for the money. And yes, the view! Room 602 was worth every penny. A 10+ hotel. A 5 Star hotel at 3 Star prices. Perhaps the only thing to note is that the hotel is located on a fairly busy street. Some noise, but that’s Giza (Cairo is much louder!). Great job, Neom!!!

The hotel contacted me before the flight and offered a free pick up from the airport. The driver was waiting for me when landed in Cairo.

We loved our stay at Neom Pyramids Valley Boutique Hotel. The hotel is located just a few minutes away from the pyramid complex so the location is unbeatable if visiting the pyramids & GEM. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable & were so friendly. Our stay also included free airport pickup & breakfast, the breakfast spread was great. Additionally, there is a rooftop restaurant with an incredible view of the pyramids, we enjoyed dinner & drinks up there during our stay! Overall, would absolutely recommend.

Superbly situated hotel, close to the pyramids complex and a short distance from the Grand Egyptian Museum. Hotel staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful, even helping us replace luggage which got broken in transit! Airport transfer went very smoothly. A special hotel and great experience. Only minor drawback was the noise from the street outside at times could get noisy.
