Rooms are clean and good size room

Every good..

We had a pleasant stay during BottleRock! Basic amenities, reasonably priced, no issues with finding a parking spot. Room clean but can hear freeway noise. FYI: when asking for new towels need to trade in used ones. Other than that had a nice weekend.

DO NOT STAY HERE. SCAM. DIRTY. UNPROFESSIONAL. NOT SAFE. When I first walked in, there was a woman yelling at them about how horrible their stay was and staff told her to shut up. It was awkward when I came up. They don’t tell you but they have a paper up stating they’ll charge you for any stains on bedding or towels including makeup so I was very careful to not get anything dirty. The room was dusty, blood on the bathroom wall, pubes in the shower, and trash under their chair. The hotel is ghetto and located in an unsafe area so I guess you pay for what you get. When I checked out a week later I get $20 charge. I called and they claimed I stained the duvet but I brought my own blanket so that’s not even possible! When I called to explain how that’s not possible the front make staff said “Stop it” and said I could not help me. DO NOT STAY HERE. I NEVER had such a horrible experience. I never write reviews but it was so horrible I had to. When checking out, someone else was also complaining to them so sounds like they have complaints often.

Nice rooms right next to the freeway

No real complaints the sink in our bathroom was dripping and their maintenance person was out so they fixed that with a bucket so it wouldn’t go on the floor. It was barely dripping, and the only other complaint that I had was that none of the TVs would connect to their Wi-Fi. They don’t have cable and they don’t have phones in their room. I’m pretty sure he just took over this property so that might be some stuff that’s coming by overall, very good experience it was quiet for the most part even though we were next to the freeway, no complaints other than the tv not working right ended up having to use my mobile hotspot and was able to watch Hulu on the TV that was provided in the room didn’t really matter too much about the TV. We were there for BottleRock.

Parking was easy. Location was convenient but with freeway noise. Bed and pillow comfortable and friendly staff. Our original room smelled of cigarette smoke so staff allowed a room change although I had to insist. Overall good experience.

Most of the amenities are just enough to pretend they are there. There is a balcony but you can't go on it. There

The hotel is just next to the freeway. So many noises even at night. When I closed the window, I still can hear the freeway car running noises. It’s very hard to fall asleep. I didn’t sleep well for the whole night!
