Aris公寓 - 343范五老街市中心 (Aris Apartment - 343 Pham Ngu Lao Bui Vien City Center)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Not so clean flooring with walls and starting to show cracks. No air conditioning in the elevator. Friendly security guards. Close to Bui Vien street. Overall, just okay.

The check-in experience was quite disappointing. On Expedia, the check-in time was listed as 2:00 PM, but when we arrived the host told us check-in was actually 3:00 PM. I even sent a screenshot showing the 2:00 PM time. The host suggested we leave our luggage and come back at 3:00 PM. When we returned at 3:00 PM, the cleaning lady was still cleaning and mopping the floors, so the apartment was still not ready. We had to leave again and come back around 4:00 PM. Unfortunately, it was pouring rain outside, so we had no real option but to walk around the area to kill time. At checkout, I asked if we could extend the checkout from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM since we had lost time during check-in, but the host said it would cost an additional fee. Overall, the delayed check-in and lack of flexibility made the experience frustrating. I hope the host improves the communication and preparation of the apartment for future guests.
