During a 12-day rail trip around England, this was one of eight stops along the way. I prioritized locations within short walks from a train station throughout the trip, and this property fit that plan.
Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Check-In / Check-Out / Luggage Storage process was very smooth.

Very poor condition. Staff couldn’t care less. Filthy. No parking available. Oh and the smell !! Pictures in advertisement do not reflect condition. Poor state of repair. Did not stay. Parking offsite expensive and long walk to hotel. Take it or leave it attitude.

Dirty, tissue paper for toilet, only 2 towels, no wash cloths, extremely dusty, very noisy, the air didn’t work, shower curtain didn’t even cover half the shower. We told the front desk we didn’t want to even stay two days and she said they don’t work for Expedia and she couldn’t do anything about it.
We only stayed the nite it was so bad Also your site says everything is included. It wasn’t we had to pay for parking. The staff at front desk were unprofessional and it was filthy.
Honestly we should get a full refund at the very least the nite we didn’t stay. We will never recommend this place or to book using your service.
