星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

This is a high-end hotel close to the airport. The interior decoration is beautiful, and the facilities are very complete. The hotel provides free airport transfer service, and their staff are very welcoming. Every process is very quick, the room is very clean, and the bed is also very comfortable. Also, the breakfast was good.

The hotel has a modern and beautiful decoration, with airport shuttle service, professional staff, spacious rooms with great natural lighting, and very comfortable beds. The breakfast is good, and complimentary coffee is also provided.

Echarm Hotel is Not Ready For Prime Time! Not Business-friendly. No Internet Service. No English Speaking Front Desk Staff. Limited to NO Transportation to the Canton Trade Fair as Advertised. (Bus only available on Day 1 and we left 1 hour late from hotel.)No amenities except a clean room. Reserved for 4 nites but left 1 day early because no INTERNET and no way to do business around the Trade Fair (the reason we booked this hotel). This hotel falsely advertises amenities that do not exist. The front desk handed me back my phone and said "sorry, no Internet service for you" They used their phones translation app to convey their lack of service. We recommend to EXPEDIA to refund our last day reservation. It was impossible to do business if we stayed at Echarm for the full 4 nites.

The hotel staff were very friendly, the check-in process was quick, and the room was exactly my style.

The staff were very friendly, the room had a great view, and the bed was super comfortable.
