Outdoor pool was fabulous

I loved this place and wish I could have stayed longer. The rooms are huge! So spacious with a lovely outdoor patio with pool only 3-4 metres away. It was quiet and homely. The rooms are a little outdated with an antique TV, but spotlessly clean and comfortable. The aircon was a bit loud and the room quite dark, but they were only minor problems. Beautiful gardens and a pond full of frogs! The location is amazing. Its so quiet but right right near everything still. Ive been to Pattaya 10 times and stayed in dozens of places but I will definitely be staying here next time.

Two blocks away The pool itself is the best feature

Staff, very close to terminal 21 and various authentic food

Great place to stay staff are nice and the rooms are cleaned to a good standered everyday . Pool nice and big regularly cleaned and checked . Bad points are the decking ie walk ways need replacing and i would say the baths need ripping out and replaced with walk in showers , as for tge rooms they are still good for price .

I stayed in a pool villa, and while the staff were absolutely amazing and very friendly, the property itself needs some serious maintenance. Walking to the room felt unsafe — the floor around the pool area was rotted wood, which was dangerous. The bed was also extremely firm and uncomfortable. The team here truly did their best and provided great service, but the hotel definitely needs an overhaul, especially to improve safety around the pool and villas.

Property is very very tired, wooden decking around pool is rotten and unsafe,no shower curtain and handles on bath were broken, headboard on bed was very dirty, staff were lovely could be a very nice place if they spent some money on it

The rooms are extremely nice poolside every room. The staff is wonderful very good altogether.

It okay , cheap clean , alittle old now , but nice big rooms nice big pool , i enjoyed my stay .

The place desperately needs an upgrade but considering the location and price I paid it was ultimately good value, and I had a good time.
