Guests must transfer to the property via Floatplane and must arrange the transfers by contacting the property before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 78 hours before their expected arrival. Contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking. Transfer service is offered during daylight hours, usually from 6 AM-4 PM. Guests arriving at Male International Airport after 3 PM, or departing on flights before 9 AM are advised to stay overnight in Male. Guests are required to book transfers (seaplane, or domestic flight and speedboat) to this property at least 7 days in advance of arrival. Guests must provide their flight numbers and full names of all guests before their expected arrival.
