Soo far from harram

The room I had was a smokers room n one female stuff was very rude and arrogant Will never go there again 😢

It was not bad compared to the price.

The taxi driver dropped us off away from the hotel because the GPS wasn't providing the correct location, we had to walk up hill with our luggage for 45 minutes even though I contacted them and explained it but there was no help but an Arabic Address location. In the first room, it was a smokers room, and the bedsheets had hair in both rooms. There were also cockroaches running around the room. I immediately contacted the front desk to change the room. The second room was ok, but still hairs on the sheet. The toilet seat has a crack and each time I sat to do my business it punched me on my bottom. AC worked fine, the window lock never worked, the curtains were unhooked, the bottom of the bed were full of trash on floor, no towels or any other amenities were provided besides a broken washing machine to do my own laundry and after requesting several times was given another one which worked fine. The locker were broken in both rooms. One of the drivers on shuttle van was trying to sell another hotel business card for Haram bus transfer. Otherwise the ride is 5 riyals. I forgot my Quran in smoke smelled room, and never got it back till the last moment, I begged them for three days to open the room so I could get my Quran.
