Great, friendly and helpful staff from the front office to the room service to the restaurant staff. Felt a bit of royalty living at the Brij castle, beautiful interiors.
Only one suggestion I have would be to make sure first timers to Jaipur be guided well. Give them a road map, helpful guide, etc.

This is a lovely new boutique hotel. It is new... but in the style of typical Indian hotel. It's beautiful! We had no issues and recommend this hotel.

I had a thoroughly pleasant stay; the hotel was impeccably clean and conveniently located near all key places. The staff were exceptionally helpful and hospitable, which made the experience all the more enjoyable.

超赞 The location of the hotel very close to Jalmahal. This is situated at tge centre of Jaipur. We were visting from Canada and we wete fully satified with service. 10 out of 10 for cleaniness. Hotel is failrly new. Its built to represnt the old Jaipur built ,haveli etc type. Wondefully decorated. Great pricing . 24 hours reception staff. Sachin was assiting in dinning room every breakfast and he was wondeful to deal with. Buffet breakfast was included. We recommend this hotel.
