超赞 This is my second time revisiting EVEN Hotel this year, and the experience remains consistently pleasant.
As usual, one of the highlights of my stay was the excellent service from Guest Service Manager Anne Wang (王灵芝). She is agile, flexible, and very attentive in understanding guests’ needs. Her service really makes the stay feel smooth and personalized.
I truly appreciate the warm hospitality and professional support throughout my stay. Looking forward to coming back again.

Had a really pleasant stay at EVEN Hotel Shanghai JinQiao. The overall experience was very positive, especially when it came to the service.
The staff were friendly, special thanks to Anne Wang (王灵芝), the Guest Service Manager, and Tendy Mo from the F&B team for being so attentive and accommodating to my requests. Their service really stood out and made the stay even more enjoyable.
The room clean and comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I’d happily stay here again.
