Check‑In Time

Standard check‑in begins at 2:00 PM

If you arrive earlier and your room is not yet ready, we’re happy to securely store your luggage until it becomes available.

Front Desk & Arrival

Upon arrival, please proceed to the Front Desk on the Ground Floor.

Present a valid government‑issued ID or passport and your booking reference number for verification. 

Payment & Security Deposit

A security deposit may be requested upon check‑in, cash only.Any incidentals will be released or refunded upon check‑out

Late Arrivals

If you plan to arrive after 2:00 pm to 12:00 midnight please contact us in advance so we can make suitable arrangements. 

Parking (Reservation Required)

Guest parking is available on a first‑come, first‑served basis only with a prior reservation. To reserve a parking spot:

• Please contact our Front Desk or Parking Team in advance at 09778430101 or sulitdormitel@gmail.com.

• Provide your arrival date and vehicle details (make, model, license plate).

• Once reserved, we will assign you a designated parking space upon arrival.

Note: This deposit is not an additional fee or charge; it’s a refundable security hold that protects against unexpected costs during your stay.
