渐强臻品开间公寓 (Crescendo Unique Studio)

The apartment is great for the price you pay. Just a heads up, you must walk down an alleyway that only is walkable or for scooter use. Keep that in mind when searching, a grab or coming in and out at night. I felt safe, the receptionist was a little cut and dry when giving directions for check-in. After travel all day, that could be a little frustrating. There's an AMAZING mall with everything you could think of within walking distance. Tons of stores, food etc. I would stay again!

Good

The apartment had everything we needed, the bathroom was tiny and

This place exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed a comfortable stay in a peaceful area away from the bustling downtown, and whenever I needed to head into the city, I could easily take a Grab for just a few bucks."

For the price, the studio offer amazing value. It is fully equipped with everything you could need, and it’s located near West Lake & Lotte Shopping Mall.

The bathroom is spacious and clean, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the bed is very comfortable. Near Lotte Mall.

Such a cozy and well-designed space. The lighting, decor, and small details make this studio feel like a luxury stay at an affordable price!

The check-in process was smooth, and the host provided great recommendations for local restaurants and cafés. The place was spotless and had a great ambiance.

Loved the peaceful atmosphere. The studio is well-equipped and super comfortable

I stayed here for 6 nights, and it was a good experience overall BUT there are some points I want to share so others can be aware. The first night I was asigned a room on the second floor (same floor where you enter the property). It didn’t have any windows and the humidity was SO BAD I ended up with chest pain, thankfully I communicated this to the staff and they said they would change my room because I was staying there for many days (does it mean if I had stayed less they wouldn’t have changed me?), I was transferred to a room on the second floor that was really really good! No complains about this room. Nonetheless, the first night there, a building close to the hotel decided to hold a party (it was Thursday) and they played really loud music until very late, I know this is out of their hands so I can’t really complain about it. When I needed soap for the washing machine they kindly provided it for me, and let me use their drying machine too, which was nice! Another thing is, although the water is not super cold, most days the shower didn’t have hot water, more like just warm water. It wasn’t too bad but it would have been nice to have hot water everyday. I think the area was good for me because in general is a chill neighborhood and there’s many cafes and restaurants close by. Also just a 20 min drive to the old quarter so I’d recommend it if you DONT stay in the second floor and if you don’t want to be in the middle of all the chaos in the old quarter.
