We had been staying here for a few times because of the spa, sauna. However we were very disappointed this trip because someone had tempered with the temperature of the spa. We booked this trip mainly for our daughter and her son to use the spa and swimming pool. But the water temperature were so cold that the 3 years old couldn't swim in it and we didn't enjoy sitting in Luke warm bath. Also the floor had no matter so it was very slippery. We saw quite a few near accident. The temperature of the changing room was cold too so it was not comfortable. We love the location and the spa facility. Just want to let them know so they can improve and make the stay a truly 5 star experience.

We stayed at the hotel because of the spa, sauna and the steam room. However there are no matter over the wet area. We noticed so many people nearly slipped on the floor. And the temperature in the changing room was so cold that it was not comfortable after the sauna or swim. While we were there, someone tampered with the temperature at the spa. We had a bad experience having to sit in a like warm bath instead of 40 degrees spa. I would suggest that someone should be checking the temperature all the time or put a lock box over it to prevent people messing with the temperature . However I find this is the best hotel I will stay when I come to Auckland

Very clean new hotel. Loved the steam room. No interaction with any staff except a lone front desk pleasant guy. Room was big enough. There's a mall 10 min walk away. Breakfast wasn't part of my booking.
Very disappointed in the wifi. Couldn't get on it & weirdly locked me out of my own provider. I was with a large group who all seemed to complain about the same problem.
