Lovely property, very friendly, helpful staff. Easy codes for door entry instead of keys. Room had everything needed including toiletries.

Very convenient location, close to Earls Court station. Check in was very smooth and staff were helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend.

We had a very late check in and early out so hardly there.. bed very comfy, clean effective shower, great location. From what we could see all kitchen amenities present clean and good standard Only negative was there was no working bedside light. Light was there but no plug !!

perfect location

This location is perfect for families. I also loved that they have an onsite washer and dryer. The staff was very helpful our entire stay. We also went during a heatwave and our room had air conditioning and a freezer to freeE our water bottles. The only issue I had was that because we were sleeping in a loft room, our bed was close to the ceiling and we could hear every creak of the floor from the room above.

Terrible hotel. I didn't like my checking in or stay.

While the residence is truly in an excellent location, relatively attractive from the outside and the aircon worked well, my room (on the low floor) was dark, small and impersonal - not exactly as pictured on the advert and not of adequate value for 250 BP. I did appreciate the change of the first room I received, which was even more unacceptable. Basically, I would nor recommend to get a room on the lowest floor. Otherwise the place is clean and some reception staff is friendly and pleasant. An additional small detail, the cleaning staff should not be sitting on the main stairs scrolling on their phones - it was often inconvenient for walking up and down the stairs.

Not the best hotel overall. Stay somewhere else.

Hotel is attractive inside and outside. Not so good reception persons and the other staff needs hospitality training. They're Russians and know how to keep a Hotel very special but they treat you like the soup idiot on TV from the 90s. Google a video and you'll understand the good and bad. Kensington is excellent and posh so staff knows they don't have to do much because the neighborhood is Prime. There's no daily cleaning service so I don't know. Facility is 7.99/10 but reception is 3/10. They're sassy and irreverent. So if you don't mind all of that, you'll be ok. Ask for the good reception guy and he'll try to smooth over the bad actors and you'll be ok. Good luck

This property has ac which was amazing during a heat wave. The location is stellar. However, the rooms are much, much smaller than advertised and we did not receive the room we paid for. It has been impossible to get someone’s attention to this matter.
