As an American coming to Japan for the first time I was a little nervous but the staff were beyond friendly and kind. They did an amazing job and greeted me every single time I stepped foot inside. This is the place to come if you’re in Japan.

Staff were great i was a solo traveler they never bothered me went in and out helped me check in and its funny because when I checked out I forgot my phone they let me go back to the room and grab my phone great hotel staff Arigato to apa hotel

The staff was extremely friendly, and the location is amazing. There are two different train lines close by, which makes it really easy to travel throughout Tokyo and even to nearby prefectures like Yokohama. The amenities in the hotel are also very nice, and yeah, overall just a pleasant experience.

APA Hotel is always amazing and easy to use.

Great deal. Great room and onsen and breakfast included.

clean , good polite staff.. more western items needed for breakfast

Will come back this hotel.

Everything was nice, neat, and organized, which made for an ideal stay. Will stay here again.

Great stay in Tokyo overall. Everything was clean, well-organized, and the service was excellent. The only downside is that the room is quite small for two people, especially with large suitcases. It would be helpful if the hotel recommended it more for solo travelers so guests can choose a more spacious option if needed.

The hotel was great.
