Hotel is new and everything was great!

Great place to stay to relax

Our stay started off a bit rocky, but Regina and Aaron, the front desk clerks, were incredibly kind and helpful. Regina promptly addressed my concerns about the night clerk in the morning and ensured that the issue was resolved. Aaron was a pleasant person throughout the weekend. I noticed that he was attentively listening to guests and assisting everyone with a warm smile. I must also commend the bartenders at the poolside. They deserve a 20% tip and more! Their exceptional service made our stay even more special. They made the hotel feel like a resort overseas. The only downside was the Tigress restaurant manager and her front desk hostess team. My food arrived less desirable, and they ignored or even bypassed or exacerbated the situation. However, the bartender Ben understood our concerns and saw the deliberate act of the kitchen. He took care of it promptly and removed the items from the bill. However, this should've never happened. I should've never gotten food that was undesirable or uneatable. The owner/head chef Izzy would be disappointed especially since I got sick. I do miss the old young ladies - hostesses from the Caribbean they were fun and engaging to all customers. The goal is to respect and treat all customers the same and not try to segregate or give another bad service or bad food because of presumptions of who you think they may or may not be. Bad tuna is horrible to any person!

Check in staff was courteous and helpful. Explained the amenities and recommended nearby attractions. The attached parking garage was a plus and very secure, requiring a room key to enter and exit. The rooftop bar, pool, adults only, and upscale restaurant were exceptional. Also, there is a coffee shop in the lobby, open in the morning. In addition to coffee, various breakfast options are available. A very well thought out hotel experience.

Excellent service; the hotel was impeccable and I loved it. We will be back.

This is the 5th time I stay at the Perry in the last year and a half. It’s a good place. Clean, friendly, quiet and well kept. The Cafe seems to have downgraded.. it used to have more variety of pastries and fruits, perhaps due to low season they’ve made corrections. Also the televisions in each rooms aren’t properly identified so AirPlay is impossible to use. Our suite had a squeaky bed which is probably due for service and the shower door wheels were difficult to maneuver as the wheels were misaligned. Lastly each floor has a mini section between the hotel and the garage, it seems to be neglected as no one ever aligns the chairs. And the EV charging station is no longer complimentary. I stayed for 4 days so these things became noticeable but for a weekend outing I doubt they are meaningful, I recommend it to anyone. I just wish they kept up with everything they offered the year prior when booking direct. Now it is a no brainer to shop the rate around especially with these little details.

This hotel is beautiful. The moment you enter the lobby the scent is so nice without being overwhelming. Our room was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. We had a large balcony with a river view that was perfect. We didn’t have time to use the pool or dine at the rooftop restaurant. We did have drinks and food at the pool bar, The bartender was great and the food was good too. I would definitely stay again and have already recommended to a friend.
