We arrived after checkin time but the room was still not ready. The person on the desk took a mop and bucket in himself. Left some clothes on the floor in the bathroom while showering and they got dusty from the dirty floor. The bedroom floor had been mopped but was still gritty to walk on. Left some clean clothes on the desk to wear while flying home the next day. In the morning they were soaked through from the ceiling leaking water. We told someone but he didn’t seem to care. No idea about breakfast as we were not told anything about whether it is even available. The bed and shower are good, but that’s about it. Our stay was very disappointing, as was our dinner at the attached restaurant next door.

Very comfortable clean room and staff is very nice and professional. It was a wonderful experience. I will stay here again.

Beautiful city hideaway with friendly staff and great food! A relaxing start to our time on Sri Lanka.

An oasis in Colombo, perfect in everyway, pool, garden, relaxing vibe and smiling faces. The restaurant, Gini's was very special, great care and love of food was apparent in each dish.
