Wir waren bereits im Januar im Sleep Inn Apart-Hotel zu Gast und waren damals ebenso zufrieden wie bei unserem aktuellen Aufenthalt. Wir kehren immer wieder gern zurück. Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist äußerst praktisch, und die Lage in New Cairo – einem modernen, sicheren Stadtteil mit gepflegten Villen und hochwertigen Wohnanlagen – ist hervorragend. Die Umgebung ist sauber und sehr angenehm. Das Personal überzeugt durch durchgehend freundliche und hilfsbereite Betreuung. Insgesamt ein Hotel, das ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen kann.

This hotel was completely misrepresented and not suitable for a family of four at all. The description is simply not true — the room can barely accommodate two people, let alone four. The hot water situation was unacceptable. After one person showers, you must wait 15–20 minutes for the heater to recover. For a family of four, this means nearly two hours just to take showers — completely impractical and poorly designed. Cleanliness was also a serious issue. The bed sheets were not clean and had hair from previous guests on them. It was so uncomfortable that I had to cover the bed with my own clothes just to be able to sleep. This is absolutely unacceptable for any hotel. I only stayed one night out of the 10 nights I had booked because the conditions were intolerable. When I requested a refund, it was refused under “hotel policy.” If misleading guests with false descriptions is part of their policy, that’s extremely concerning. Additionally, the room was not soundproof at all. I was placed behind the front desk and laundry area, and the noise made it nearly impossible to sleep. The balcony was also misleading — it was so small it could barely fit a single chair. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between the false advertising, lack of cleanliness, poor amenities, and refusal to address legitimate complaints, I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

フライトが23:30だったので次の日の20時まで滞在させて欲しいと伝えるとすぐに了承してくれた。その分の決済もvisaを用意してくれてカードで支払えたのでとてもありがたかった。

Das Sleep Inn Apart‑Hotel befindet sich in einer ruhigen und sehr sicheren Umgebung, die einem hohen Standard entspricht. Die gesamte Anlage ist äußerst sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet, unter anderem mit zwei Waschmaschinen, einem Trockner sowie Türen mit moderner Keycard‑Sicherung. Das Personal, insbesondere Tarek und Hussam, überzeugt durch große Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Über die Apps Uber und Talabat lässt sich schnell ein Taxi ins Zentrum von Kairo bestellen, und Mahlzeiten, Lebensmittel sowie Haushaltsartikel können jederzeit bequem geliefert werden. Insgesamt ist dieses Apartment eine ausgezeichnete Wahl für alle, die Wert auf Komfort, Sauberkeit und Sicherheit legen.

Nice area filled with villas. But Grousary and restaurants are far.

Place is clean and in good condition ,staff was cooperative and helpful ,we feel like our home ,

I have recently stayed here. The staff member at the reception was very kind and welcoming. The room was very spacious, cosy and clean. It is in a very quiet area which I loved. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit.
