Amazing hotel

It was very nice it catered a little more to children than I would have liked

Overall i had a good trip, however the room was very rusty. We booked a two level elite room, there was rust in the hot tub and the showers also there isn’t really any where to put your luggage and not a lot of closet space which was annoying. The food was very good no complaints they had nightly entertainment. Pools was nice the beach was nice it was seed weed season tho. My 5 year old son had a blast overall enjoyed our stay but probably wouldn't go back.

While our stay was okay, it could have been much better. We were celebrating both our honeymoon and my birthday, so we had hoped for a more elevated experience. Upon arriving in our room, we immediately noticed sand on the bed, making it clear the sheets had not been changed. After reporting it, a manager came to inspect the room. Unfortunately, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the issue. She simply checked the bed and stated someone would come change the sheets. We also had to request that the pillowcases be changed. We had disappointing dining experiences as well. On two consecutive mornings at the breakfast buffet, we were seated and never greeted by a server or offered water. After the second occurrence, we spoke with a manager, who apologized and arranged for someone to assist us. At both the steakhouse and Italian restaurant, the hostesses were dismissive when we asked about walk-in availability for two guests. Additionally, throughout the resort, we often felt pressured to purchase extra services. When we declined, the attitude and level of service noticeably changed. We had heard great things about SLS and arrived with high expectations. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet those expectations.

We had the most amazing time !!!! I strongly recommend this hotel. Service and food are impecable!!! And also the rooms and the hotel I. General is extremely clean and I am usually a VERY picky person about cleanliness. We are definitely going back very soon! Pedro and Alejandra are outstanding and you can tell they’re doing an excellent job with the staff. The food is delicious and you feel in Michelin star restaurant every single time. STRONG RECOMMENDATION

Staff is amazing!

Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and appreciated the friendly staff and beautiful pool areas. However, there were several issues that affected our experience. Our room often had an unpleasant odor, and the bathroom shower had a persistent smell, noticeable wear and tear, and leaked water during use. The refrigerator did not stay cold, and we were disappointed with the mini bar selection. In the common dining areas, particularly at breakfast, many of the chairs appeared dirty and stained. We also felt that some of the alcoholic beverages lacked the strength and quality we expected from an all-inclusive resort. While we still had a good time overall, improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, and food and beverage quality would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Beautiful rooms, clean inside and outside the property, staff members extremely helpful, shows and activities are so much fun, perfect for families, also excellent for Adults, amazing food

Good service, not a lot of entertainment (specially if u go with kids). The food is great, but be careful, we aet at the mexican restaurant (caracol) and the service was good but they didn't tell us the wine bottle was not included and we ended up paying 130 for 2 bottles of wine, just make sure u ask for what's included. We assume that they were included because the previews day at dinner if was given to us free of charge. Hospitality is good but the hotel is not well maintained. Overall is was a good experience.
