床單、棉被、枕頭髒又黃，床上還有螞蟻和小蟲。 房間的冷氣也不會涼，要吹好幾個小時才會慢慢有涼意，廁所水超小。但是房間價格很便宜

Wrong information provided by your website, first the person at the desk asks how much did I pay, room in your photographs and the room provided completely different, no breakfast were provided, just for keeping our luggage for few hours asked for extra 100.000 VND

The room was very clean and spacious. The whole staff was very friendly and I love the fact that you could also book a massage in the same place. The room is very well air condition and bottles of water are provided by the staff daily.

Friendly welcoming hotel staff. The hotel is older and dated , room was in small size . Not much room to move around. Fine for people who just need a resting spot . Location is fanatic- walkable to many sights, restaurants and coffee !! Location gets *****

Terrible service. The owner says there was no more room. She took me to a different hotel, which was a lot worse and farther.

Fantastic price for beautiful rooms

A very comfortable 3 night stay and great value for money. The hotel is perfectly located amongst coffee shops, restaurants, markets and more. Rooms are clean, AC is great and the shower was the best I’ve had since being in Vietnam. The family that run the hotel are lovely, helpful and made me feel very welcome. I highly recommend and will stay again.

The night time front desk lady was very rude throughout the duration of my stay- she was bossy , never smiled and seemed like she was doing me a favor if I asked her for something... she should NOT be in hospitality. And it was very noisy!!! I got woken up several times by staff members talking loudly in Vietnamese outside of my room. One of the cleaners walked into my room without nocking first.
