1. 위치와 이름이 틀렸습니다. 2. 분명 3베드룸을 원했는데 2베드룸과 원룸을 배정했습니다. - 중문을 통해서 들어갔는데 다른 원룸도 있고 그곳에 다른 투숙객도 있었습니다. 3. 모든 시설이 낡고 고장났습니다. - 세탁기는 한번 돌렸더니 물이 새서 더이상 사용이 불가능했고 - 이불도 겉은 멀정한데 속을 보니 피투성이나 더러운 채로 있었습니다. 4. 빈홈의 3베드룸이 70만원대일때 110만원정도로 가격이 형편없이 비쌌습니다. 5. 공간도 협소하였습니다. 6. 럭셔리가 아니라 우리나라 70년대 아파트 정도 수준이었습니다. - 화장실을 갈때마다 변기가 부서지는 것을 걱정했습니다. (변좌도 고정되지 않았습니다.) 7. 그외에 모든 것이 안좋았습니다. 마이너스 별점을 줄수 있으면 좋겠습니다. 8. 그리고 다시 한번 확인 부탁드립니다. 실제로 올린 숙소와 이용하는 숙소가 같은 곳인지 9. 호텔스 사용한 이래 가장 안좋은 기억이었습니다. 바빠서 더이상 하지 못하지만 총 10만원이라도 다시 안갈곳을 110만원이 넘게 준것에 반성하고 있습니다.

アメニティ、タオルなどがない。 チェックイン時にカードキーの説明がなく 時間をロスした。 部屋は広いがベッドがクイーン。 間接照明、バスタブなどはない。 ロケーションは素晴らしい

This was our first trip to Vietnam as a young family with two boys aged 9 and 11. We didnt know anything about the location, building or local customs. LIKED: Located in the "Japan town" area so there are lots of Japanese restaurant, bars and combini options. There is literally a 7-11 attached to the foyer. Its also in walking distance to Muji, Uniqlo and Viacom Center for shopping. The apartment itself is large with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms/toilets. The furnishings are comfortable, modern and were helpful as a family with two kids. From a communications perpsective, the management used whatsapp and were able to answer any questions and helped arrange airport pickup. There is also a general building reception in the foyer. Loved: the high floor (level 12) has multiple views of the skyline and the washer and dryer were perfect for us. Would have been perfect if we could also leave bags downstairs after checkout. Overall a great stay and would recommend!

Wonderful stay I’ve already recommended hotel and Hanoi to my family and friends. I will return!

The host is very nice and quickly help to solve the problem. The parking fee too high if you think about rent a motorbike. Washroom so smelly and the bathtub too small for standing shower that’s why water running all over the floor after the shower.
