海风邦闲酒店 (Seabreeze Bangsaen)

With property condition like this, I’d say it's not suitable for this room rate at all. Could be better.

ผ้าหผืนเล็กมากๆๆๆ. ไม่เคยเจอมาก่อน. ถ้าเปลี่ยนได้. ขออนุญาต ทาง. ผู้บริหารโรงแรมเปลี่ยนเถอะครับผม

Me and my girlfriend checked in late, around 10pm. I had booked a room in advance. The receptionist does not know a word in English so it was a struggle. It turned up the hotel has recently started taking bookings through hotels.com and did not know what to do. He took my passport and disappeared for 40 minutes to speak with his colleagues, leaving us in the lobby on our own. There were no towels In the room and I had to go back downstairs to get some. On the second day the hotel entrance was locked and we weren’t provided with key. Called the reception and was put through another local hotel where via the back door we were able to reach our hotel. Not convinient! The room was not cleaned, no towels changed or whatsoever. When we checked out the hotel provided transport to the local bus station for a small fee. Overall not a pleasant experience.
