We where staying at JBay Hotel for the whole month. It's a nice boutique hotel which is close to everything including the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Mr James who accommodate us in any requests. There is a construction site near by the hotel. Mr James has done everything to make us feel more comfortable. Thank you so much JBay Hotel. We have had an amazing time.

Great location with a beautiful view of the beach, especially from the gorgeous rooftop pool. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety from fruit, breads, soup, rice/noodles, veggies, etc. The hotel was very clean, the bed was comfy, and the bathtub was luxurious. My only complaint, and this is no fault of the hotels, but the construction is loud during the day. For most, this might not be an issue as it's during the day, but I work remote late into the night and struggled to get enough sleep as the construction starts early.

Did not like staying there. We ended up loosing our money and booked somewhere else. Breakfast was very disappointing. The noise from building works were unbearable and workers looked straight unto the pool area

The hotel has lots of potential but could use some upgrades. Room Key was used multiple times with peeling paper. Unfortunately, there is major construction going on. I had people literally 2 feet away from my window on the 5th floor. Rooms will be looking directly at a building when that one on the side of the property is completed. There is another large building being built across the street that obstructs the ocean view. The room had no bait water in the morning, sink drain was slow and the bathtub did not have a stopper to make it useful (not that I wanted to use it)

I booked a “balcony” room, and the balcony was literally touching construction, and my window view was completely blocked. The space of the room itself was nice, but both the rooms and the hallways were pretty dark and uninspiring. I don’t like leaving bad reviews because overall the staff was kind, the place was affordable, and it was walking distance to everything we needed. But I have stayed in more charming places… So overall it is not the best, but not the worst place to be. And I understand the construction is not their fault, but I would compensate for the situation somehow…

The room was clean but when i arrived my pillow case was dirty but housekeeping came immediately to change it and was prepared to change the whole bed. The staff at this hotel are amazing....particulay the doorman /luggage man. He goes out of his way to help you. I did not get a room with a balcony but would next time as the wi.dow is in tje bathroom with the partial sea view. Nice and close to the beach! Good location. Breakfast good. A rough start here but it got better. Housekeeping had to come and show me how to work the aircon.

Absolutely beautiful

Room was spacious and very clean with a balcony. Rooftop pool was nice with a nice view. Service was fantastic!

I wish we stayed here an extra few days, but our trip was planned on a schedule. We had spacious rooms, the staff were extremely helpful. They greeted us with helpful maps of the area, information on recommended businesses, restaurants, and activities. They also arranged for our car ride to the Da Nang train station. This was a great experience, and my family had a memorable stay, while it was only for a short while.
